The Kansas City Public Library invites children and parents to be part of monthly interactive story times presented by the Coterie Theatre. Theatre artists read from their favorite children’s books while audience members enjoy an opportunity to “jump into the story” on stage.

Dramatic Story Time programs take place at the Plaza Branch one Sunday a month at 2 p.m.throughout the 2011 – 2012 school year. Some of the featured books will include: The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything by Linda Williams, If I Ran the Circus by Dr. Seuss, and, If You Take a Mouse to the Movies by Laura Numeroff.
