Meet the Maker: Dominion Dagorhir

makerfaire2016-tnCome join in on the fun! The Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth, Maker Faire Kansas City, will be at historic Union Station on June 25 & 26. Don’t miss this family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity and resourcefulness. Maker Faire Kansas City celebrates the Maker Movement, and we encourage YOU to join us! Enjoy educational presentations, inspiring performances, engaging demonstrations and hands-on workshops all weekend. It brings every one of all ages together for a faire full of fun and inspiration.

Speaking on engaging demonstrations and hands-on workshops, do you remember Dominion Dagorhir? He has been a crowd favorite at Kansas City’s Maker Faire for the past four years in a row and we’re happy to announce that they will be joining us again this year for a weekend of foam weapon fun. This army of local fighters and craftsmen enjoy making their own weapons and armor almost as much as they enjoy testing them in battle, and will be bringing examples of each to show the crowd. Be sure to check out Dominion Dagorhir this Maker Faire weekend for plenty of hands-on demonstrations, epic battles and general merrymaking. This group of nearly 30 Dagorhir heroes will be putting on demos showcasing their talents and abilities, including those allowing for audience participation. This is one event you don’t want to miss!
