- KC Studio Arts Calendar postings are designed to announce one-time or special events or programs, not ongoing activities.
- Art/performance events within the Greater Metropolitan Kansas City Area are invited to post listings. (KC Studio clients within the 6-state region may be individually approved.)
- Events must be listed under at least one category (Art, Music, etc.)
- The best options for primary images are of the art, artist(s), performance or venue.
- There is no charge to list your event; please contact our sales team to discuss upgrading your event to a featured listing or to purchase a digital display ad.
- Artists and venues: Please communicate a point of contact for listings to avoid removal based on duplication.
- KC Studio does NOT accept political rallies/fundraisers.
- KC Studio Arts Calendar listings do not discriminate based on the artists involved, including for reasons of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or political point of view.
- KC Studio Arts Calendar does not accept event listings that feature slurs, epithets, hate comments or misinformation.
- KC Studio reserves the right to edit and/or remove any listings or images without prior notification at its discretion.
- Events listed on KC Studio Arts Calendar must be open to the public, non-exclusive, community-minded events that adhere to these guidelines.
