The Coterie Theatre School Classes and Performing Camps

The Coterie offers summer acting and drama classes to students entering grades K-12 at five sites: Crown Center (at The Coterie), The Plaza (Pembroke Hill), Overland Park (Miller-Marley), Liberty (Liberty Community Center), and Kansas City, KS (KCKCC). Led by professional, trained teaching artists, summer 2024 week-long, half-day classes include creative drama, acting, and audition skills; and full-day performance camps for grades 5-12 will be held at The Plaza, Liberty, and KCK locations.

Englewood Arts Center: Expand your creative voice!

Youth ages 7-12 and teens ages 13-17 learn from dynamic instructors, who lead students in the creative process, encourage exploration, and produce one-of-a-kind projects! Discover Your Musical Passion at MMC!

Attention students! It’s time to indulge in a musical journey this Summer at Midwestern Music Camp, hosted at the KU School of Music. This is your chance to work with seasoned professionals, make lifelong friendships, and elevate your music skills. Middle School and High School Choir, High School Orchestra, Middle School Band, High School Jazz start the month off June 9 – 13, 2024, with Middle School Orchestra, High School Band running June 16 – 20, 2024.

Johnson County Community College’s Youth Enrichment Program offers fun, interactive educational experiences for kids and teens.
