The Kansas City Wind Symphony is excited to be a part of the Edgar Snow Memorial Concert, which will take place on October 6, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. It will take place in the beautiful Muriel Kauffman Hall inside the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.

This concert is a tribute to Edgar Snow, who was a Kansas City-born journalist, who was the first Western journalist to interview key Chinese leaders starting back in the 1920’s and 30’s and played a significant role in promoting Western understanding of China.

This concert will feature a wide variety of performers and will be an exciting showcase for the KC Wind Symphony as well. Full details on the performance as well as ticket information can be found at edgarsnowfoundation.org/programs-and-partnerships/symposium/concert
