Honorary Co-chairs Laura Ziegler Davis and Sara Ziegler Prince will join Kansas City Young Audiences in hosting this year’s luncheon, which celebrates the important role the arts play in the lives of young people and provides crucial funding support for KCYA arts-education programs all across the city.

The Trudy Award will be presented to Scott Francis for his support and volunteer efforts on behalf of the arts and arts education.
The Lighton Prize for Teaching Artist Excellence will be presented to actor John Mulvey.
The Distinguished Educator Award, honoring educators who understand the importance of integrating the arts into daily classroom curriculum, will be presented to Anita Able, Library Media Specialist, Kansas City, KS School District
