The Kauffman Center’s Trailblazing Talks speaker series connects our community to a deep roster of talented presenters, including renowned photographers, adventurers, authors, scientists, and filmmakers, who invite audiences to experience their career highlights.
The lineup for 2027 includes wide-ranging topics presented live on stage. You’ll learn about Indigenous peoples and their enduring ecosystems, explore next-generation nuclear reactors and sustainable energy sources, and see America through the lens of a Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer.
“This year’s Trailblazing Talks series may be the most diverse and deep group of speakers yet. Explore man’s connection to nature and science on a spiritual, emotional and mental level, and expand your knowledge and understanding of the world we occupy,” President and CEO Paul Schofer said.
Presenters share first-hand accounts of their daring journeys and insights about the world around us. These stories help us move forward thoughtfully, strive to solve big problems, bridge the distances between us and lift us up – one story at a time.
