The City of Overland Park is excited to host the Star Spangled Spectacular July 4 at Corporate Woods Founders’ Park. Celebrate the 250th anniversary of Independence Day with a vibrant evening full of live music, tasty food and dazzling fireworks.
A stellar music lineup will soundtrack the evening, featuring everything from blues and funk to yacht rock. The lineup includes Emma Jo, Flat Susans, Stolen Winnebagos and Summer Breeze.
David Williamson will perform the National Anthem, and a sparkling display of over 1,500 fireworks will top off the night.
Feel free to get cozy — bring your blankets, chairs, food, water and coolers. If you’re looking to travel light, food and drinks will also be available for purchase. Choose from a sweet and savory selection of food trucks, featuring dishes from funnel cakes to Cubanos!
Gates open at 5 p.m. Parking is available in any open Corporate Woods parking lot. Please keep in mind that alcohol and pop-up tents are prohibited. Dogs are welcome, but they must remain on a leash. Please also consider how your pup handles loud noises and large crowds.
