The Kansas City Wind Symphony Performs Sunday, March 18th at Village Presbyterian

The Kansas City Wind Symphony will present their 4th concert of the season on Sunday, March 18 at 7:00pm. Admission to this performance is FREE, and will be held at Village Presbyterian Church on Mission Road.

The Kansas City Wind Symphon will perform their program “Of Gods and Men”, featuring selections from Gustav Holst’s ‘The Planets’, along with great music by composers such as Morton Lauridsen, John Mackey, Gary Ziek, and local composer Ian Coleman!

The performance will also feature two wonderful guest conductors: Dr. Phil Posey conducting Ian Coleman’s ‘Close Hauled to the Wind’, and Dr. Amy Knopps conducting Morton Lauridsen’s ‘O Magnum Mysterium’. We hope to see you there!
