Arts News: UMKC Conservatory Launches Music Program at Lansing Correctional Facility
Musicambia, a non-profit that works with universities and prisons all over the country to bring music into correctional facilities, launched its first program in Sing Sing in New York in 2017 serving 32 inmates.
She shone in Kansas City Actors Theatre’s reading of “The Women.” She’s done music videos for Making Movies, Grizzly Bear and Not a Planet, as well as corporate videos, including one during the pandemic for UMB’s education department.
